WHY DID MARRS COMMUNICATIONS LEAVE eBAY ?
Thanks to all of my Great Customers !
It is with regret, after 12 years of selling on eBay I have elected to sever my
relationship with them.
WHY ?
Short and Sweet.
Sellers are receiving Negative Feedback from eBay on a daily basis because
their feedback system does NOT work for Sellers.
If a Seller can receive Negative Feedback from a Buyer when they have
done nothing wrong, provides eBay with documented proof they have done
nothing wrong and it is Ignored, something is very, VERY wrong !
At the point of leaving eBay, Marrs had received 31 Negative Feedback's
in 2011.
In EVERY case I have documented proof, the Seller did NOT read my Listing
Description, and did NOT follow instructions.
PRIOR to 2011, my Feedback Score was 100%.
The documentation is email between the Buyer and Marrs Communications.
If you are Skeptical, this documentation is available upon request.
How was the Buyer at Fault ?
1 of 3 Reasons :
1. The Buyer did NOT send the Model Number of their Machine with Payment.
2. The Buyer did NOT respond after at least 2 email requests, asking for their
Model Number.
3. The Buyer did NOT read my listing description, so did not follow directions
and, was not aware of my shipping policies !
I can assure you, I have never taken advantage of ANY Customer !
My decision to leave eBay is due to their unwillingness to REPAIR their
Feedback System so it is fair to both the Buyer and SELLER !
